White NYE dress and OTK boots

Jan 4, 2015

Happy first weekend of 2015! I wanted to share what I wore for New Year's Eve the other night. I had been debating between a black or white dress, and ended up going with a white dress because I have so many and don't have a lot of opportunities to wear a white dress.
This dress is from Blaque Label and I got it from Shopbop, still available here. I had it on my wish list back in November, and during the online sales after Thanksgiving, it sold out. I was bummed, but then a few weeks later I saw it back in stock in my size and pounced. I always keep things on my wish lists even after things sell out, because you never know when it might come back in stock or if someone will return it. So to whomever returned mine, thank you!

Here's also a similar dress from the same brand, if your size isn't available on Shopbop.
I love this wrap leather crystal bracelet from Sara Designs. I got two of them from the Union Square Holiday market, one in a dark olive color with gold accents and another that is a nude color with silver accents. I've always wanted leather wrap bracelets, and really loved these because of the crystal accents. It adds some bling and edge to an outfit without being too overwhelming. They're available online here.
Since it's now officially winter, I knew I wanted to keep warm in these Stuart Weitzman "Lowland" over-the-knee boots. There is always a high probability that you will get stuck waiting outside in the cold for a taxi or Uber on NYE, and I hate being cold. These boots are available for preorder here.
