I found this Rag & Bone white button-down online, and it was on sale! If you don't see your size, also try here and here. When I tried it on, it was perfect and had everything I was looking for - oversized fit that didn't swallow me, comfortable, and long length. I paired it with one of my favorite black blazers from Helmut Lang, distressed skinny jeans, and offset the dark colors with nude booties and bag.
I wore this outfit to the Project Entrepreneur Summit, sponsored by the Rent the Runway Foundation and UBS. Their mission is to support women entrepreneurs by providing tools and resources for them to build their ideas and companies. It was truly inspiring to hear Jennifer Hyman and Jenny Fleiss, the founders of Rent the Runway, talk about their own experiences hustling to get their initial platform off the ground, pitching to investors, and disrupting the fashion and retail industry to become what Rent the Runway is today. Here's a snippet from my Instagram during cocktail hour! It was also amazing to hear pitches from other ambitious ladies who were leading and building companies that had such range - subscription coffee service, roommate matching, group saving on an app, and a hairstylist finder based on your hair type. It was definitely motivating for me to think about my passions and action plans moving forward.
