Kicking off the first day of April with a new, spring-friendly leather jacket from IRO. I love the brand's chic designs and well-tailored construction. Their leather jackets are always buttery soft and perfectly fitted for a woman's body, and I've always coveted them. I finally took the plunge and decided on this pale gray/taupe-ish moto jacket. As soon as I tried it on at Saks, I fell in love. I'm a firm believer in investing in higher-end fabrics and construction when it comes to jackets and blazers, because the fit is so important in pulling an outfit together. I found that this jacket style runs small, and I went with a 36. The cropped fit works for my shortness, and for this outfit I paired it with a neutral knit tee and distressed skinnies for that casual yet cool "downtown" vibe. This jacket is going to be a staple for the transitional weather over the next few weeks, and will be on heavy rotation to elevate most of my daily looks!
