Another day, another off-the-shoulder top. I feel like this trend is still at its feverish peak. Already sitting in my closet is the quintessential chambray top, a flirty black one with bell sleeves, a casual white poplin one for weekend wear, and certainly don't forget olive green (which is on sale now, so snag it while you can). I felt what was missing from my closet was a version that is somewhere between a sweater and a knit, something that can bridge the gap between spring and summer. This one I'm wearing is an amazing find from Forever 21. It's lightweight enough that can be layered with a leather jacket draped on top for a casual date night, or paired with some distressed high-waisted shorts come summertime. With this look, I kept everything pretty clean and neutral, with my new favorite gray J Brand jeans. Even though I'm wearing beige OTK boots, the hem of these jeans are cropped at the ankle, perfect for petites. I'm glad to be getting some last chance wears out of my favorite boots as we start to officially pack away the winter wardrobe.
