Quay rose gold sunglasses
I tend to not collect sunglasses because it's challenging for me to find the right fit for my (lack of) nose bridge and face shape. But rose-colored specs are the hottest accessory to plop on your face right now, and I had to try it out. The options out there can be really overwhelming - cat-eye shape, circle shape, aviator, with or without a brow bar, tinted, not tinted, mirrored or matte. When setting out upon my search, I knew I wanted a relatively square shape. I also wanted flat, mirrored lenses for that summer chic vibe, and kept the budget to under $100 (I try to limit the spending when it comes to trends). I narrowed it down to the Quay Australia brand, as the majority of its selection was within budget, and they are known for having trendy styles. Being too lazy to find them in NYC to try on in-person, I ordered a few from Shopbop, and decided on the "Stop & Stare" style, which has a perfect rose gold reflection and pink frame. Because they are quite a giant statement, the rest of this outfit is minimal, with a simple black tank, black blazer, and distressed denim.
